जबलपुर। रेलवे स्टेशन और परिसर को सुंदर व सुविधाजनक बनाने के लिए आम लोगों से राय ली जा रही है। इसी कड़ी में शुक्रवार को रेल उपयोगकर्ता सलाहकार समिति की 135 वीं बैठक हुई। इसमें 11 में से 7 सदस्यों ने भाग लिया। समिति के सचिव एवं वरिष्ठ मंडल वाणिज्य प्रबंधक राजेश शर्मा ने उपस्थित सदस्यों से रेल सुविधा को बेहतर बनाने सुझाव मांगे।
बैठक में वरिष्ठ दंत विशेषज्ञ डॉ.राजेश धीरावाणी ने कहा कि प्लेटफार्म 6 के बाहर की तस्वीर रेलवे की छवि को खराब कर रही है। यहां अव्यवस्थित ढंग से वाहन खड़े होते हैं और गंदगी भी अत्यधिक है। उन्होंने कहा रेलवे को न केवल पार्किंग व्यवस्था को दुरुस्त करना होगा बल्कि इसे सुंदर भी बनाना होगा।
एसी कोच के बेडरोल की गुणवत्ता सुधारिए
डॉ.सुनील मिश्रा ने कहा कि ट्रेनों के एसी कोचों में यात्रियों के उपयोग के लिए दिए जाने वाले बेडरोल की गुणवत्ता में सुधार किया जाए। मदन महल स्टेशन पर साफ-सफाई और प्रकाश व्यवस्था की ओर ध्यान देना चाहिए। साइकिल स्टैंड कर्मियों द्वारा कब्जा किए गए क्षेत्र पर कार्रवाई करने की भी सलाह दी गई। सदस्य सौरभ गुप्ता ने सुझाव दिया कि मदनमहल स्टेशन के काउंटर की संख्या और समय बढ़ाया जाए। कई बार भीड़ बढ़ने पर भी ज्यादा काउंटर नहीं खोले जाते।
